HOW DO I BUY ONLINE

Making a purchase from us is simple.

Step 1   Browse through the products and click on the ADD TO BASKET button for that item. Your selected items will be shown in the shopping cart at all times.

Step 2   Click on the View basket button to confirm products and quantities. You can change quantities on this page or go back to continue browsing.

Step 3  You will now be require to Login or Register if you are a new customer. Registration will store your personal detail for this and any future orders. All information is stritcly confidential and purely used for  despatching. Here you can request to be included in store emails to be notified of sales etc.

Step 4  After your details have been entered you will be shown postage costs.

Step 5 Select paymant method. This will guide you through the process.

Step 6 Well done. You will recieve emails notifying you of your orders progress

CAN I PAY BY CREDIT CARD OVER PHONE

Yes we have our own EFTPOS facilities and if you would prefer simply ring us and we will do the whole process over the phone

I CAN"T FIND WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR ON YOUR WEBSITE

Not all stock is listed at all times. Give us a call we may have it or are able to make it up for you.

THE WEBSITE ONLY LISTS A QUANTITY OF 1 BUT I NEED 10 FOR A TROUPE PERFORMANCE.

HOW ARE YOUR POSTAGE COSTS CALCULATED

Our postage costage costs are based on weight and is calculated at cost plus a small handling fee per order.

We have 2 International options!
1st Class             Air mail (Australia Post)
2nd Class            Economy Air Mail (Skippy Post)
